A superb Georgian solid silver small vinaigrette.  It has a herringbone style engraving on the top with a central flower engraving on the underneath and fancy border.  It has a hinge on the side and opens up to the gilt pierced out floral design grille.  When opened up it reveals the original sponge inside.

Weight - 5.8gms (0.18 troy ounce).

This little vinaigrette is in great condition.  It opens and closes well and the hinge is a tiny bit loose.  The grille opens securely and sits upright.  Overall, there are hardly any marks on it.
